Ohio-based taco chain opening first Nashville location at Capitol View development this month

A Columbus-based taco chain is breaking into the Tennessee market with a location in a prominent Nashville development.

Condado Tacos, a build-your-own taco concept, will opOhio-based taco chain opening first Nashville location at Capitol View development this month – Nashville Business Journal (bizjournals.com)en a new restaurant at the Capitol View development on the corner of 11th Avenue North and Nelson Merry Street.

“We are absolutely thrilled to open our first Tennessee location in Nashville and our 26th location nationwide,” Chris Artinian, president, Condado Tacos, said in a news release. “We’ll be serving up crave-worthy tacos and margs as the go-to spot for Nashville residents and visitors alike to grab a meal or a late-night snack with their buds, and we can’t wait to celebrate with our fans and new customers.”

During Condado’s grand opening celebration, all guests can enjoy a free taco with purchase and $5 house margaritas all day; the first 100 guests in line at the restaurant at 11 a.m. on August 19 will be awarded with tacos for a year, or 52 free tacos and a limited-edition t-shirt, according to a news release.

Condado Nashville will be open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to midnight, and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.

As Condado continues its expansion, the taco joint is planning a new location in Franklin later this year.
