Dunkin’ sets opening date

Dunkin’ will open its Capitol View location on Aug. 13, according to a release.

It is taking over the former Starbucks space at the corner of 11^th Avenue North and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.

“We are excited to welcome Dunkin’ to Capitol View,” said Mark Traylor, director of Retail Properties at Boyle Investment Co. “We believe Dunkin’ will not only be a space for a quick caffeine fix, but also a space where residents, office workers and visitors can gather and connect with the community.”

On August 13, doors open at 5 a.m. and the first 100 Dunkin’ Rewards members in line get 100 days of a free medium coffee through the app.

The grand opening will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. with a prize wheel, swag, ribbon cutting and a check presented to Boys & Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee.
