The Capitol View location of Jinya Ramen Bar is the first for Tennessee, bringing its slow-simmered broths and noodles to the city via its sleek, brick-lined digs. Toppings like pork chashu, shrimp wonton, and seasoned eggs are added to the broth, but also find their way into the rice bowls and other small plates. Craft beer and yuzu-flavored cocktails round out the meal.
