NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Aug. 2018) – Valerie Boutique, a women’s clothing retailer focused on fashion and style based in Williamson County, will open a new store in mixed-use urban district Capitol View. This will be the second location for the women’s clothing store and is projected to open early December.
“Capitol View is an urban community unlike anything Nashville currently has, and we’re proud to have excellent retailers like Valerie Boutique choose to open their doors in our district,” said Jeff Haynes, partner of Boyle Investment Company and developer of Capitol View. “Our retailers and commercial tenants are integral to cultivating Nashville’s first real downtown living district at Capitol View, and we know Valerie Boutique’s second storefront will be a huge hit.”
Valerie Boutique will join a number of retailers and restaurants that are already open at Capitol View, including M.L.Rose, Your Pie, Starbucks, SVM Boutique, Pinnacle Financial Partners and the LifeWay Christian Store. The Residences at Capitol View, a 378-unit multifamily luxury residential complex, is pre-leasing now and is slated to open in late September.

With all of the great amenities this district offers, especially the free retail guest parking, it was an opportunity I could not pass up.”
Established in 2015, Valerie Boutique offers more than 45 different brands, private shopping parties and complimentary, in-store personal stylists.
